Yes, I do.  With a payment plan, 25% of the estimated cost must be paid up front.  During the creation of the website, regular payments will be expected.  Payment amounts will depend on the package that you choose.  When the site is complete, payment will be expected in full before the site goes live. 

All of the United States.  As long as you have email, phone, and Internet, we can keep in touch and create the site you have in mind.

Checks, Bank Cards and Credit Cards are accepted.  The easiest way to pay is via credit or bank card.  Paying by card allows me to start on your site immediately.  If you choose to pay by check, your check will have to clear the bank before I start working on your site.

Web Design costs are one time.  However, once your site is live, if you choose to have me add additional pages to your site, you will be charged an additional fee for those pages.  In addition, if you need me to maintain and update your site, there will be a maintenance fee.

No, I do not have my own servers.  I go through another site that I have been with for years and I have come to trust.

My services begin with a free initial consultation to determine your requirements. I will work with your to determine your exact needs and desires. This step is important because I want to make sure that I can provide you with the solutions for your website that will work best for you.  The consultation can be via webchat, emails, or phone.

Once I have addressed all your ideas, questions, and requirements, I will explain your website options.  Once we have agreed upon a plan, you will receive a proposal containing information on your website, pricing, and payment.  In addition, you will be presented with a contract for services

I require 25% Deposit to start working on your site. After we have both agreed upon a plan of action, paperwork will need to be  signed and received.  Once all paperwork is in order, I will start on your site.   If you do not understand any part of this process or you have any questions, PLEASE ASK FOR CLARIFICATION! Miscommunication and false expectations do NOT move the design process forward in a productive manner. At ANY time please contact me about any concerns, questions or comments you have about your project.

When I am building your site, I can start from scratch and with the ideas you have provided, come up with a look and theme.  I can write your sites descriptions, information, and content.  However, these copywriting and editing services will be at an additional fee.  I welcome any documentation, text, photos or content  you would like to provide. I also have access to thousands of royalty free stock photos.

I ask you to provide examples of websites you really like, colors you like, and your competitors’ websites. I can also incorporate anything from the sites I have designed in the past into your site, so just let me know if you like something.  I also have basic designs you are welcome to look at and you have the option to choose a template that you like.   Once you have provided me with this information, usually within 7 business days, I can start sending you "mockup" pages of your website so you can review, request revisions, send feedback and any other ideas you may have about changing the site. Together we will develop a look that will be both visually pleasing and user-friendly. I will then incorporate all of the content you provide. 

After the site is built, you will be able to view all pages to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. You will submit any desired changes to the copy and then give final approval before the site goes live.

After your final approval and payment has been received, your website will be published on your domain, and it will be live for all the world to see!

After your website is launched, I will work with you to establish a regular review and maintenance schedule for your web site to accommodate your website updates, feedback, and make sure that your website is running as it should.

Yes and Yes.  Although I host and register domains using another site, I can offer you discounted rates.  The cost to register your domain is $10.00 a year.  Hosting Fees are $10.00 a month.

Yes  you can, I would just need access to your current registered domain account.

Absolutely, you own it free and clear.  However, you must have web editing knowledge. I also offer a webmaster service which will allow me to make any changes to your site that you might need me to.

This option is only available in specific areas in Texas.  For an additional fee, I can come out to your place and take photos of items and or photos you would like to have on your website.  If you are located in Texas and are interested in this service, please contact me for additional information.

No, unlike other companies, I do not require that you host through my service.  However, keeping all your website needs in one place can make everything much easier for you.
